Tuesday 6:00 AM Cardio Express w/Maya -Cardio Express - A hybred cardio workout combining Kickboxing, HiLo, Plyometrics etc for a fun way to improve heart strength and burn calories.
Wednesday 6:00 AM Yoga:Vinyasa - Devin - Get your day started with this invigorating early morning yoga practice.
8:30 AM Additions
Tuesday - Barre Challenge w/Amanda N. Lakeshore’s Barre Challenge incorporates the elongating principles of dance conditioning, development of conscious movement, interval training, isometrics and light weights to create a modern adaptation of this effective training technique.
Thursday - Muscle Conditioning:Intervals w/Nicole Various Cardio techniques highlight this weight training workout.
Friday - Athletic Cross Training w/Amanda G. This intense workout features a mixture of athletic drills, plyometrics, strength, cardio, weight and flexibility training.
and.....Improved Child Care..... On a trial basis, the play room will open at 8:15 AM for the next couple of weeks. Provided there is a need. To let them know, parent’s must call Lakeshore at ext.145 before 7 PM the day before to let the play room know of your interest in dropping off your child early so can attend the 8:30 AM Class.
