Tuesday - Barre Challenge w/Amanda N. Lakeshore’s Barre Challenge incorporates the elongating principles of dance conditioning, development of conscious movement, interval training, isometrics and light weights to create a modern adaptation of this effective training technique.
Thursday - Muscle Conditioning:Intervals w/Nicole Various Cardio techniques highlight this weight training workout.
Friday - Athletic Cross Training w/Amanda G. This intense workout features a mixture of athletic drills, plyometrics, strength, cardio, weight and flexibility training.
and.....Improved Child Care..... On a trial basis, the play room will open at 8:15 AM for the next couple of weeks. Provided there is a need. To let them know, parent’s must call Lakeshore at ext.145 before 7 PM the day before to let the play room know of your interest in dropping off your child early so can attend the 8:30 AM Class.

Lakeshore’s Barre Challenge incorporates the elongating principles of dance conditioning, development of conscious movement, interval training, isometrics and light weights to create a modern adaptation of this effective training technique first developed in 1600 Europe.
Floor Challenge - Like Barre Challenge, Floor Challenge draws from the elongating principles of dance conditioning, conscious movement, interval training and isometrics. Inspired from a wide variety of modern dance techniques, (Horton, Limon, Graham), yoga and pilates, Lakeshore teachers guide you through the process of retraining your muscles to be long and lean; strong and flexible.

Zumba At Lakeshore

Note: We recently lost the services of Dee Durfey. Her dedication to her Zumba class was stellar. Sh will be missed.
We are in the process of reshaping our Zumba offerings. For now Julie Jones and Jessica Sanchez will be alternating weeks for the Wednesday 6:30 pm class.
There is a Zumba workshop at Lakeshore this weekend, May 8 & 9. Two of our teachers Jenna Walters and Amanda Nora will be attending. If all goes well, we will be adding a couple more Zumba classes soon.

One hour of ballet based, Pilates and yoga inspired core conditioning, glute firming/ lifting, thigh burning/leaning and hamstring lengthening, hip opening, movement. Intense short intervals, followed by immediate stretching. Ending with short Savasana, lavender oil and an uplifted spirit and tush!

An extremely challenging non-impact hour of muscle defining, Ballet & Pilates inspired, musically motivated movement. Core emphasis/complete body work with a series of yoga postures and stretching to create lean, long muscles, abdominal definition, and a youthful & spirited spine. Non- competitive and individually satisfying experience that will push you to redefine your body’s shape and health.
