Yoga For Men: Introductory Session

Guys, are you feeling tight? Muscle bound? have you been wondering about the best way to start a Yoga practice, but worried about looking like a stooge? Set your worries aside!!! This introductory lesson will help clear your mind. Help you realize that yoga, really is for everyone. Deepen your understanding of how to approach this ancient of all workouts. No Experience Necessary.
Class is free: Registration required. Contact Front or Member services desks.
