Barre Challenge - Working at the ballet barre is making a resurgence throughout the fitness industry. Lakeshore’s Barre Challenge incorporates the elongating principles of dance conditioning, development of conscious movement, interval training, isometrics and light weights to create a modern adaptation of this effective training technique first developed in 1600 Europe.
Floor Challenge - Like Barre Challenge, Floor Challenge draws from the elongating principles of dance conditioning, conscious movement, interval training and isometrics. Inspired from a wide variety of modern dance techniques, (Horton, Limon, Graham), yoga and pilates, Lakeshore teachers guide you through the process of retraining your muscles to be long and lean; strong and flexible.
