Weekly Class Focus: 5/8 Twists; 5/15 Inversions; 5/22 Meditation

*Saturday, May 15 - 7 @ 8:30 am - Yoga Sculpt w/Mellody in main studio.Regular 7 AM class w/Amanda canceled. Yoga that strengthens your muscles while testing your flexibility. A full body workout that will burn fat, increase strength and flexibility and leave you feeling great!!! This class is for all levels!

Saturday, May 15 @ 8:30 am Family Yoga w/Kathy - Parents bring the kids for this special yoga class.

Tuesday, May 18@ 6am - Laughing Yoga w/Mark. No joke telling here, just a hoot though...... Through laughter you can strengthen your immune system, release endorphins and heal. Open to all ages. Special Family Session on Memorial Day, May 31 at 10 AM in the Yoga Studio.

Saturday, May 22 @ 8:30 AM Family Yoga w/Kathy - Parents bring the kids for this special basic yoga class.

Saturday, May 22 @ 9:30 am - Arm Balances and Inversions w/Stephanie. Can’t ever figure out how the arms are used in yoga balances and upside down poses? All will come clear in this hour long workshop.

Saturday, May 22 @ 12 -130 pm Saluting the Sun w/Devin The salute the sun class would be an aerobic-yoga workout built entirely around sun salutations, in order to build heat, stamina, and intense sweat, which will facilitate the release of harmful toxins, clear the mind, and purify the body.
