May is yoga month at LSAC
Members can bring a non member friend to a class for free all month. Simply register them at the front desk on the way in.

Tuesday, May 11 @ 6 - 7:15 pm Core Madness w/Devin, The core madness class would be focused on building an intense connection to the core, which would facilitate powerful strengthening of the abs, back, and sides. This will allow students to "float" through sun salutations, inversions, and arm balances in the salute the sun class.
Saturday, May 15 - 7 @ 8:30 am - Sculpt Yoga w/Mellody in main studio. Yoga that strengthens your muscles while testing your flexibility. A full body workout that will burn fat, increase strength and flexibility and leave you feeling great!!! This class is for all levels!
Saturday, May 15 @ 8:30 am Family Yoga w/Kathy - Parents bring the kids for this special yoga class.
Tuesday, May 18@ 6am - Laughing Yoga w/Mark. No joke telling here, just a hoot though...... Through laughter you can strengthen your immune system, release endorphins and heal. Open to all ages. Special Family Session on Memorial Day, May 31 at 10 AM in the Yoga Studio.
Saturday, May 22 @ 8:30 AM Family Yoga w/Kathy - Parents bring the kids for this special basic yoga class.
UPDATE CHANGE Saturday, May 22 @ 9:00 am - Arm Balances and Inversions w/Stephanie. Can’t ever figure out how the arms are used in yoga balances and upside down poses. All will come clear in this hour long workshop.
UPDATE CHANGE Saturday, May 22 -12 @ 130 pm Saluting the Sun w/Devin The salute the sun class would be an aerobic-yoga workout built entirely around sun salutations, in order to build heat, stamina, and intense sweat, which will facilitate the release of harmful toxins, clear the mind, and purify the body.
Sunday, May 23 @ 12- 1 PM - Yoga Stories (children’s yoga and storytelling class)- Mark/Amanda N. A special class for children ages 3 - 7 that combines basic yoga poses with storytelling. Meets in Dance Studio.
Sunday, May 23 @ 4 - 5:30 pm - Partners Yoga w/Amanda N. Bring a friend or work with a yogi in class. Special postures in this dynamic practice.
